Angel teaches Pole Foundations, tricks, and conditioning classes at our Oakland and Berkeley locations. She’s a big fan of teaching the classics, but you might find a few new spicy things tossed in the mix. Her tricks classes get our students raving! She’ll help you work up to some amazing feats of strength and technique, but she’ll keep you safe the whole way there. “I’m a super spotter,” she says. “I can spot anyone on anything!”

Watch out, though - Angel says her second language is fluent sarcasm!
