New to the pole world?
You don’t need a dance background. All bodies, ages, genders, and fitness levels are welcome in our spaces. We work hard to be stripper and SW-inclusive.
What class should I take first?
If you’re brand new, start with Pole Foundations or Choreo + Heels Foundations. In Pole Foundations, you’ll learn climbing and tricks. In Choreo + Heels Foundations, you’ll learn dance and heels skills. If you have pole experience, read more about how to self-level at our studios!
Is every class the same? What will I be learning?
Your instructor will work off of our studio curriculum, so you’ll always be learning something level-appropriate. But it’ll usually be different from class to class - and instructor to instructor!
How many people will be in my class?
It depends on the day! Sometimes you’ll have just a few classmates, and sometimes you’ll be sharing a pole with a friend! Both scenarios will give you different experiences, with advantages and disadvantages.
